Sharing the outcomes of the EFQM Communities of Practice

Today, 8th june 2018, two people of the Continuous Improvement Area of Tknika have taken part in the event organised by EFQM at Leuven (Belgium)

The aim of this event was to present the outcomes of the three Communities of Practices promoted by EFQM this year:

• The future of the EFQM Model
• How to develop the Organisational Culture to achieve excellent results
• Role models of leaders in Excellent Organisations

Our area has been part of this third Community. The outcomes of the work will help leaders of organizations to identify and nurture the essential leadership qualities and characteristics in order to “Lead with Vision, Inspiration and Integrity”. In addition, it will also steer discussion in the EFQM community as to the kind of leadership qualities that are linked with this Fundamental Concept, and how current trends could potentially affect it.

The results, in addition to today’s presentation, are collected in one paper that will be disseminated in future activities of our area.
