Tknika as an integral and active part of the Basque VET  system, and in the same way that the centers, during the last years has been equipped with a solid management system.
EFQM model of excellence is used as a fundamental reference, and for the management of service provision, in our case applied research and innovation, UNE166002 is used as a reference.

Since 2015-16, Tknika decided  to adapt its R & D & I management system to the new version of the UNE166002: 2014 standard.
When this system was designed and implanted, Tknika successfully completed the external audit of adaptation carried out with AENOR.

Continuing on the way to improvement, Tknika decided to set itself a new management challenge, the design, implementation and certification of an integrated management system in which the requirements of ISO9001: 2015 (updated version) ) And 166002: 2014 (updated version). In addition were taken into account the references and good practices included in the EFQM model and the lessons learned from the different advanced management projects that have been launched by Tknika in FP centers in recent years

After a great work and effort made by all the people that compose Tknika, we have recently successfully passed the external audit performed by AENOR certifying our integrated management system.
According to the evaluation of AENOR it is a strong  management system with an innovative design that responds effectively to the requirements of the two reference standards and to the principle of continuous improvement.

All this gives us great confidence and a guarantee that the management of Tknika and the management of the projects and services that we develop in Tknika and put at the service of the VET centers, and through these to the companies, is realized in an efficient way and with a high standard of quality.
Another milestone successfully surpassed by the Basque vocational training system.
Once our management system is consolidated and its level of implementation is the optimum, we will again set ourselves another management challenge that will mobilize us to continue walking through the interminable and fascinating world of continuous improvement.
