Tknika hosts SkillAIbility’s 3rd General Assembly

From 10 to 12 March 2026, Tknika hosted the third General Assembly of the European SkillAIbility project, bringing together the consortium partners to review the progress of the project and coordinate the next stages of work.

Over three days of meetings, representatives of the participating organisations reviewed the progress of the work packages, shared interim results and aligned the upcoming project activities. The meeting also provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between partners and advance the development of methodologies and solutions aimed at integrating human-centred technologies into industrial environments.

The agenda included sessions dedicated to presenting the status of the different work packages, including the analysis of needs and requirements, the development of assessment methodologies, the design of training based on human-centric technologies, and progress on pilots and validation activities. Issues related to the exploitation of results, project communication, ethics, and the overall management of the consortium were also addressed.

As part of the meeting, Tknika presented the progress of WP4, which focuses on designing training methodologies for developing competences related to advanced technologies in Learning Factory-type learning environments.

In addition to the technical sessions, participants had the opportunity to visit Tknika’s facilities, discover some of its applied innovation spaces and strengthen cooperation between the participating organisations.

The SkillAIbility project, funded by the Horizon Europe programme, aims to develop approaches and tools that facilitate the adoption of advanced technologies in industry, while promoting human-centred working and learning environments.
