RESTART 4.0 -Digital Training Toolbox to FosteR EU’S IndusTry 4.0 RevoluTion

This project seeks to put in place education and training systems in accordance with the new needs of the industry sector, in order to re-qualify and keep up-to-date everyone involved. In other words, this project aims to create training resources to train trainees in the skills and competences that the students and workers will need for their future in 4.0 industries and companies are demanding.
The specific objectives are:

• Promote VET initiatives on digital skills targeting entrepreneurs, workers, through mixed partnerships involving both training providers and industries, chambers of commerce, trade associations…
• Design training courses to update and re-qualify workers of the industrial sector, focusing on the uptake of digital skills that are necessary for the development of Industries 4.0
• Provide e-leadership skills to students, workers and managers that will lead to better employment and career opportunities and make companies more competitive and innovative
• Foster the recognition across all EU countries of ICT and e-leadership skills applied to the traditional industrial sector through the use of ECVET
