GREENLEAD: Introducing the job profile of the Green Leader

Objectives
GreenLead project will aim to introduce and develop the job profile of the Green Leader and the responsibilities of a Green Division by developing the relevant competency framework along with a specialized curriculum and training material. In this way, the GreenLead project will also support VET trainers and organizations by equipping them with cutting-edge tools and methodologies for supporting the European SMEs sustainable green transition.

– Development of the State of the art on European SMEs’ Green Transition
– Development of the GreenLead & GreenWorksComp: Green Leader professional profile, division’s tasks & training curriculum
– Development of innovative training course and training materials
– Development of a certification model to evaluate and certify Green Leader skills
– Development of the GreenLead e-learning platform
– Organization and implementation of the piloting activities
– Development of the GreenLead Toolkit

Impact
– VET trainers & organizations will enrich their portfolio of available training resources and tools for supporting the modernization and green transition of European SMEs through the introduction and establishment of the Green Leader profile
– SMEs owners and managers will be enabled to follow an innovative upskilling pathway in order to acquire the necessary skills and competences and lead their organizations to a sustainable green transition acting as Green Leader
