DRONES360: fostering innovation and better skills match with the green and digital sectors through the integration of emerging technologies (drones, vr, ar) in VET

Objectives
The objectives of the project evolve around the promotion of the digital transformation, innovation and attractiveness of the VET sector, while promoting the readiness, adaptability and confidence of VET trainers to introduce drone and XR-technologies in the green sector, equipping students with new transversal skills for better skills-match with the labor market, developing a well-equipped workforce, ready to battle societal challenges such as climate change mitigation and adaptation.

Activities
• Provision of blended upskilling validated training based on a competence framework to acquire a set of STEAM and green related skills
• Development of digital tools for training: e-learning platform, mapping-tool, podcasts, QR Codes, VR/AR-powered simulations using a 360 camera from different green job-related sectors
• Transnational and local networking and synergies creation: on-site and peer-review study visits will be organized for synergies creation and good practices sharing
