Tknika presents Skillaibility at Gureak in Donosti

On September 19th, Tknika visited Gureak in Donosti as part of the Skillaibility project. During the visit, Tknika representatives met with the person responsible for formation at Gureak to present the project and its objectives.

Gureak is “a social economy business group that offers comprehensive services in various highly competitive markets, with the ultimate goal of generating job opportunities and promoting the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities.”

The discussion placed special emphasis on the human-centric approach of Skillaibility, which seeks to design training and skills development based on the abilities, aspirations, and needs of each individual. This perspective aims to create more inclusive opportunities and support better pathways into employment.
