During the first week of October the thermographic analysis of the San Markos landfill was carried out, after its closure in 2014.
For this, the values of surface temperature obtained with the thermographic camera have been observed, which indicate that the combustion process continues ongoing. In fact, it is estimated that a period of approximately 5 years must elapse before the landfill can be closed.
