Design, development and management of training programs to boost the methodological change
The implementation of the ETHAZI (High Performance Cycles) model in the VET centers requires different stages of settlement; Sensitization of the teaching staff, training in the area of new methodologies, design of the center project and finally arriving at the implantation of the model in the center itself.
Given its importance, we are working from Tknika on the design, development and management of different training programs that drive methodological change in the Vocational Training centers of Euskadi.
The type of training has evolved and we currently have a wide range of courses and courses aimed at VET teachers.
