First studies conducted by underwater drones

In the framework of the work carried out in the CIFP Don Bosco LHII within the project of Applications of the drones, advances have been made by coupling new sensors to the BlueRov (Remotedly Operated Vehicle) device.

Taking advantage of the fact that the aforementioned BlueRov is an open platform; new sensors have been added to previously existing dispositives, having to solve several setbacks in this task. In this way, the BlueRov will have various operating devices, which will allow it to obtain data from the gyroscope, accelerometer, temperature meters, leak detectors and positioning system; in order to be able to give a solution to different real applications.
