After a year of research dedicated to the key elements and barriers to collaboration between VET centers and SMEs, the AIRinVET team is pleased to share its findings!

In this video, Berufliche Hochschule Hamburg and Hanse-Parlament explain how these associations are reshaping vocational training to better align with the needs of industries. Through this collaboration, students gain practical skills that directly correspond to the demands of the workforce.
