BRINGING BUSINESS AND VET PROVIDERS TOGETHER – EXPLORING MODELS OF GOOD PRACTICE
TKnika led a multiplier event in the last EFVET conference in Valencia.
We explored the collaboration between VET and businesses in four main ways:
- training: new methodologies adapted to the new times; prospective work, in order to adapt training offer to training needs and the dual training.
- innovation: the VET system as an innovation support for SMEs
- internationalisation: the VET system supporting the internationalisation of local SMEs
- entrepreneurship: the VET system as a business creator
Apart from that, we also had the opportunity to talk about different European projects related to the topic:
- METALS, where we aim to detect the future training needs of the machine tool industry and develop curricula according to this needs
- COMPASSESS, where we aim to progress in the assessment of transversal competences
