Objectives
The project aims to revolutionise vocational training in the food industry by adapting the innovative Ethazi learning model, which focuses on problem-based learning and cooperative education. This project brings together VET centres, non governmental organisations (NGOs), and stakeholders in the food industry from Spain, Italy and Turkey to collaborate and address the specific needs in their local context. The main objective is to adapt vocational education and training to labour market needs.

Activities
The project activities will address the identified problems through a series of well-structured and interconnected activities:
• The kick-off meeting
• Cutting-Edge Reviews market analysis
• Adaptation of the The Ethazi model to the international standards
• Train the Teachers (TTT) 5-days workshops
• Field Practice Post TTT
• JUMPIN- International seminar for trainers and students
• Elaboration of the “Ethazi Report»
• The Virtual Closing Meeting
• Communication & Dissemination strategy
