Work Package 4 – Human Tech Training Design has started

Within the framework of the Skillaibility Project, we have officially launched Work Package 4 (WP4): Human Tech Training Design.

WP4 will run from month 9 to month 28, and we at Tknika lead this work package.

Our objective in WP4 is to design and implement Learning Factory (LF) methodologies that integrate AI and digital technologies to enhance human–machine collaboration, support VET training, and promote lifelong, human-centered learning for all workers. As leaders, we will coordinate the development of methodologies and resources, leading and supporting team members to carry out the necessary tasks.

Through this work package, we will contribute to the overall objectives of the Skillaibility Project by fostering adaptability, digital readiness, and resilience in vocational education and training.
