In the TeamWe – Team Teaching in Welfare Technology project, the content theme is well-being technology and the main goal of the project is pedagogical development, more precisely the development of team teaching and cross-border teaching. Problem- and phenomenon-based learning and reverse teaching are used as teaching methods. To date, the project has held one teacher training week with themes on various new teaching methods, well-being technology and cross-border co-teaching. In the future, cross-border collaboration will be extended to students.

The most important contribution of the project so far has also been the understanding and further development of the possibilities of multidisciplinary cooperation. Familiarity with the teaching methods used in the project (reverse teaching = flipped learning, team teaching, phenomenon- and problem-based teaching) and their gradual introduction in one’s own teaching has already been achieved.

In future project workshops, co-operation in working life will play an important role: multidisciplinary and multinational student groups will work together to find a solution to existing workplace problems during the project week.
