The purpose of this programme is to help make generational replacement at companies take place in an orderly and planned fashion, to ensure that it develops and remains over time.
In order to do so, Tknika will put people who have an operational business and are thinking of retiring in contact with students and ex-student from vocational training who may be interested in replacing the company’s owner and to accompany them during the transfer process to ensure that everything is fair, transparent, ethical and friendly.
