3. USWE Meeting in Cadiz

As stated in the meeting agenda, we began by commenting on the Progress Report which had recently been submitted to EACEA for approval.

We have started to elaborate D1.4 Field Research Report (on current practices) based on the feedback received from stakeholders.

To make D2.3 Report on the Needs of Industry 4.0 we have to wait to receive the whole information from the experts.

Regarding next tasks on defining skills and profiles, we have defined the productive process, the activities, the most important skills and, then, the profiles required. Out of them, we will select those profiles which belong to the field of Vocational Education and Training.

We presented a draft with the profiles of a Boilermaker and a Welder, as an example.

For the members of the project it is crucial to know the methodology correctly and thus be able to explain it clearly to the Focus Group and to the professionals from whom we are going to request its validation.
